Norva24 reaches 50 branch milestone
Acquires companies Kjelsberg Transport in Trondheim (N) and GJ & Son in Ulricehamn, Västergötland (S).
Norva24 acquires companies Kjelsberg Transport in Trondheim (N) and GJ & Son in Ulricehamn, Västergötland (S). Both companies have a strong local position within the Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) industry. With the two acquisitions Norva24 add 2 branches and reaches in total 50 branches. – «It has long been on our wish list to expand into both Trondheim and Västergötland. With Kjelsberg Transport and GJ & Son we are welcoming two wellrun companies to the Norva24 family», says Group CEO, Henrik Damgaard.
Kjelsberg Transport and GJ & Son are both family run companies with a long history within the industry. «Our family has owned the company for almost 50 years, and choosing to become part of Norva24 was a natural next step for us.
